Warm Homes: Local Grant

a brief

Launched on 1 April 2025, the Warm Homes: Local Grant was a UK Government scheme aimed at improving energy efficiency and installing low-carbon heating in low-income households across England.

Replacing previous funding programs, this streamlined grant made it easier for both on-gas and off-gas homes to access upgrades. As part of the Warm Homes Plan, the scheme was set to run for 3 to 5 years, tackling fuel poverty and supporting home decarbonisation.
